    Dramatic rights
    We place dramatic rights (film, television and live theatrical) directly or in collaboration with allied agencies in Los Angeles and New York. Recent productions based on our authors' books include Captain Phillips and Public Enemies; PBS' American Experience productions based on Drew Faust's This Republic of Suffering and Jim Green's The Devil Is Here in These Hills; a History Channel documentary based on Howard Zinn's A People's History of the United States, and live theatrical productions based on the Flat Stanley children's book series. Recently optioned and forthcoming projects include Pulitzer Prize-winner Caroline Elkins's Imperial Reckoning to John Hart (Revolutionary Road), Anand Giridharadas's True American to Kathryn Bigelow (The Hurt Locker), Glenn Stout's The Young Woman and the Sea to Shadow Ranch Production and Jeff Nathanson (Catch Me if You Can) and Alexa Albert's Brothel to Laurie Collyer (Sherrybaby).
